Orders may be canceled only before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible due to courier processing procedures.

Order processing begins only after:
Payment confirmation for prepaid orders, or

If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect:
Titli Trends will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.
Customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video showing the parcel condition is required as supporting evidence.
If incorrect address details are provided by the customer:
Redelivery charges may apply.
Delivery delays caused by inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Titli Trends.
To maintain service quality and prevent misuse:
Fake or suspicious orders may be blocked or canceled.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to customer blacklisting.
Titli Trends reserves the right to restrict services where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
