At Titli Trends, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the hygienic nature and sensitivity of fashion accessories, particularly hair accessories and personal styling products, we maintain a structured exchange-first policy to ensure product integrity and quality standards.
We offer exchange only (no refund) under normal circumstances, subject to the following conditions:
Product must be unused and in original condition.
Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Used or worn products
Sale or discounted items
Products with minor color variations caused by screen display, lighting, or photography differences
Such variations are considered normal and not product defects.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
An unboxing video is mandatory clearly showing the issue.
The claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without valid video evidence may not be processed, as this helps prevent fraudulent claims and ensures fair service.
Titli Trends generally follows an exchange-only policy. Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances, including:
Product becomes unavailable after confirmed payment.
Verified manufacturing defect where replacement is not possible.
If a refund is approved:
Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method.
Processing time typically ranges between 5–7 working days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
Titli Trends reserves the right to assess all return, exchange, or refund requests and make final decisions based on product condition, supporting evidence, and policy compliance.
